Deliverables
When you make a purchase for a game account (usually labelled as [example] #ABCDE1234A in your invoice), you will receive the game account credentials on your Payment's method e-mail address in the following form:
- E-mail address (which acts as the username / login)
- The password for the E-mail address
- The Game Login password
- The Game Account secret question & its answer
- It is your personal responsibility to preserve the security and safety of the purchased game account from that point forward. You are urged to update all security credentials right away upon receiving them, including the password and security features of the received e-mail address and the game account (or possibly changing/replacing the provided e-mail address with your own).

Refund Policy
- Refund will only be provided if you do not receive the game account "playable character" credentials within 24 hours of received and cleared payment on our end.
- No refunds will be issued for any other reason.

- By using this service, you "The Customer" allows the website, its associates and representatives, the legal right to collect debt owed by you, resulting from fraudulent purchases made by you and/or purchases not abiding to this purchase agreement including but not limited to: Chargebacks, Disputes, Claims where a financial loss has occured as a result from you "The Customer" not abiding to the rules and regulations of this agreement. You "The Customer" are solely responsible for any legal fees (including but not limited to: Debt Collection Agencies, Attorneys) resulting and/or associated with the breach of this agreement.
